No Rewind Button

Have you ever wished you could hit rewind on moments from your past? In real life, there are no do-overs or second chances. This means we have to live with the choices we've made and the paths we've taken. Embrace each moment, cherish the present, and seek joy in the here and now. After all, since life doesn't offer us a rewind button, it's up to us to make the best of every moment and choose happiness.

I like what you have said here in mylot. At least now , i'm still satisfied of what happened like i'm still looking for friends and chatmates online . I'm hoping for more opportunities to meet new friends in person.

Most of the time I would say no. But I can't say there have not been moments at least I wish I might be able to take back. I won't elaborate, only to say that yes, sometimes a rewind button COULD be useful.

Sometimes it’s natural to wish we could undo certain moments. It’s okay to acknowledge those feelings, and sometimes focusing on what we can control now can help us move forward.

@annierose Even not being to take back certain moments, they can still provide for some very valuable learning experiences.

Yes, I want to go back to my past and live there. Now I don't feel much joy. Do you feel joy often?

I hear you. It’s tough when you’re not feeling much joy. I find joy in small things like a favorite book or a nice cup of tea, but I know it can be different for everyone. Maybe trying to find little moments or activities that bring you comfort could help, even just a bit at a time. You deserve to find those moments of happiness, and it's okay to take it one step at a time.
