I guess flying is hard work

So something I haven't seen before, two small birds were taking a rest on my chaise lounge on the deck. I could see if it was hot or something..but today is not hot at the moment although it may be that way later. They just plunked down on the cushion spread their wings..and relaxed. Nico of course was extremely fascinated although he didn't get to see the whole show. I was initially worried they were ill or something, but they just flew right off after 5 minutes, so I guess all was well.

They just needed a rest. Imagine flapping wings all the time, Stand up and flap your arms up and down and see how quickly you get tired sorry just a silly joke,

I often see crows and they don't seem to be happy. They are tired and they look like they need water. I think flying is exhausting.
