Not surprising. I’m at my niece’s birthday party so I don’t have much time to read a lot about it. He has endorsed Kamala Harris. We are screwed. Trump is now ensured a victory.

I don't know why you think it ensures Trump winning. Personally there are several million of us that did not plan to vote for Biden that will now vote Demoncrap.

To be fair, Biden really was in a no-win situation. But I continue to say he shouldn’t have run for reelection to begin with, so we wouldn’t have our next president named “None of the Above.”

Frankly the Democrats are in a no-win situation and I am not sure they realize that. Long before the debate, Biden's numbers were in the tank and that is because of his policies. Put any name or face you want on the ticket, they own the policies that had Trump winning LONG before any of this developed. Kamala Harris, who we can assume will be the presumptive top of the ticket owns those same policies no one liked, and so, this latest development, which many people anticipated anyway, changes nothing IMO. If Biden's policies had worked, Americans would have at least held a different view before the debate and Trump would have been trailing Biden. Not leading. The victory now that Trump may see in November very likely will be a landslide one, and I am usually very cautious to predict those. But this event almost seals it. The Democrat part is in complete disarray and there is no recovering from this.

@porwest — they’re in a quandary because their goal is to “beat Trump.” “She’s not Trump” is not a winning strategy, even though that seems to be how the last two presidents were elected (“he’s not Hillary” and “he’s not Trump”). You have people who would vote for Satan himself if he ran and put a (D) or (R) behind his name, so I’m not talking about those voters. The “undecided” are the ones that carry the hope of the election. And, truthfully, I think a number of the undecideds would rather, as a friend of mine said in 2020, “hold their nose and vote for Trump” than whomever the Democrats nominate. And, of course, the changing horses in the middle of the stream was an unqualified disaster for them in 1972 (remember Thomas Eagleton? Oh, no, you’re young, so go look him up. ) Having said that, there’s always the October Surprise to be aware of, and I can think of two or three that would swing things the Democrats’ way.

Please vote for RFKJr. It hands another vote to Trump because it takes away a vote for Harris.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Nah. Things here were MUCH better under Trump. Trust me. It was better, and part of the reason Trump is winning is because it took Biden to help people to realize it. No wars. No inflation. Low taxes. Low gas prices. A secure border. Less crime. Higher median income. Lower poverty. Lower unemployment. Better jobs. Stock market soared. It was better.

Bye bye Democracy. Bye bye all the programs that hold up the homeless and bye bye all the intervention toward anything resembling Mother Earth. You aren't a billionaire? You're going to suffer.

Definitely not. Michelle is not interested and a 2-woman ticket would have no shot.

Well, definitely Trump has a big edge in this election . Biden was never able to showcase his achievements, worse the debate did not do any favour. Then the other debacles. Now, Kamala need to put a special narrative to win this election. Does not seem any easy task . Especially , with the shooting incident and sympathy wave riding. Well, Can Kamal win this election or will Trump be a better US President ? Well, we will have the answers in 110 days.
