I don't need financial help paying my internet bill... Hello again from OZ!!!

I have been trying for two weeks to pay my internet bill. I called the carrier and they told me that if they help me it will cost me an extra $10. If I get disconnected it will cost me an additional $20 for them to flip the little button to turn me back on to their internet. I have tried to call to pay, tried to pay online, and done everything but stand on my head naked on our street (it's the main drag in town) to get my bill paid. They say I don't have an internet ID or password for their company and my phone number won't work in their system (although that is how they are sending the notifications!!!). Needless to say I'm getting PISSED OFF!!!!
As one of my friends from ages back used to say, it's better than getting pissed on!!!
I'm going to unhook their internet tower, bag it, and take the darned thing to them tomorrow morning and tell them what to do with it...I can get internet cheaper elsewhere, and I'm sure with less frustration than I'm having with trying to pay my bill with this company!!!!!!

Their email payment address. I also called they payment phone number. My next step is to beat my head against a brick wall, it would be a LOT easier!!! They sent me their email address on their payment reminder....They want their money, they just don't want to make it easy for me to pay them.

@kaylachan Yes, that's why I get so ticked off. I even have the place's phone number and I couldn't get it to work when I called. It gets a bit annoying when a person can't make a simple payment. I do it a LOT with making orders, paying rent, and other things. I'm going to their office tomorrow and it should be very interesting to say the least. Just like my rent payment. The landlord got it and credited it on the 15th but didn't bother to let me know until tonight. I guess people figure that when you get older you get stupid and all your brains leak out.

I think you are doing the right thing. We can pay ours online or mail the payment in.
