I don´t know how much it will cost me though. The amount of money I´m spending in heat is so incredible that it is a lot more than Luna´s and my food together. JEEEZZZ!!! Mario did not come. I waited and waited and I had thawed some cooked meat that was in the freezer. At 6:30 I put it back in the freezer and I promise that I´ll give it to him if he ever comes. I am not going to throw it away. I decided that I´d look at it as a half full glass of water. I did not pay him. But sooner or later I will have to ask someone to get those branches out of my house. And then I will have to pay someone else to take them away. As I was waiting and did not eat properly, I got very hungry. But then I remembered that it had been a lon time since I had made a escalivada. I had several veggies to roast. So I placed in a baking dish an eggplant (cut in half), a hot chile, the half onion I had and some sweet peppers I was planning to make diced and cooked in caramel sauce to serve with cream cheese. I used only part of the peppers so I still have enough for an appetizer. I remembered Coral while I did the escalivada as I taught her to do it while we were in Aruba. And in that moment Coral wrote something on FB. So she is well. I just ate a dish with escalivada over a toasted bun and I had my night pills. I´m ready to watch a movie
