Mandala Art: Therapy

I made Mandala art for the firt time, while searching for designs I found that this art is also consider as therapy because of it pattern and design. Which colouring the pattern one enters a state of peace and relaxment and may also enter spiritual world. Well in my experience I can that I do find peace while making the art because the pattern use in this art require patience and dedication.

I have some mandalas in a pad. They are die cut. You can colour them in and then push them out of the background paper and you can layer them up and make cards out of them. I haven't touched them yet. I must start doing them.

Yes it is, first I was just making it for my college project and didn't give must thought to it, but as I continue to fill the colours in the pattern I felt so calm and relax.
