Monday Morning Brief and Sunday Update

Good morning from a beautifully cool morning in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 59 F. It will get to 83 F today. Yesterday was a good day. Church was good. I was awake for 99% of the sermon. My son took me to lunch yesterday. We went to Olive Garden. I'm glad Olive Garden has their calories online. I won't be stepping on the scale before Sunday. Birthdays are hard on weight loss. It was good to spend time with him and his girlfriend. It was a wonderful lunch, and we had a good visit on the way home too after he dropped his girlfriend off at home. Now for today's plans. I'm helping my neighbor out by giving her eyedrops twice a day. Her husband won't do it and she has trouble with doing it herself. So, I told her I would do it for her. She's grateful. She needs these as they are prescription eye drops. I already hit the trail this morning. I went out at 6:30 when it was 57 F. It felt wonderful. I walked the wooded and pond trail. I still have a thousand steps to get and I'll do that when I post this. As for the rest of the day, I'll work on a book today and play my games. I need to get the dishes back to their owner today, too. She should be around today. I also need to run the dishwasher again. Other than that and keeping up with the notifications, it will be a light day today. How's your day going? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Train this morning.
