He has had a soup he wanted to make with butternut squash and shrimp. I decided today was the day, because we had all the stuff ready.
Meanwhile, I have assembled my larger shelf. It actually was easier and is better made.
I will move the shelves into the pantry and start rehoming food that I have stored here, there and everywhere.
It may be that I will order another large shelf from Lowe's, because I like how this one turned out.

Butternut squash is the only kind of squash I can eat or like. I love shrimp. This sounds interesting. Hope it turns out.

This was a recipe in a cookbook Legal Seafood--which I guess is a restaurant somewhere. It gave some other alternative seafood, we opted for the shrimp.

I do. The soup was very good. We only made half the recipe and have plenty left over. I already put enough for a meal away in the freezer.

I had shelves before, but they were kind of a hodge podge and had gotten damaged, etc. I bought these specifically for this use.

Glad you got a good shelf for your pantry. Your dinner sounds good. I had soup on Saturday. I wasn't in the mood to cook a big meal. We had homecoming at church yesterday. So I had our slow cookers filled with food for that Saturday evening to take to church.
