I gave lecture in UEM on changed criminal laws in India. / myLot

I was invited in University of Engineering and Management in Calcutta on 12th July 2024. I had to give lecture on the changed criminal laws in India. This year there had been 3 new legislations BNS, BNSS and BSA. BNS means Bharatiya Nyay Samhita. The Laws that were enacted by the British like Indian Penal Code is amended.

yes Judy the laws are updated and procedures advanced to make digital evidence and cyber laws relevant.

Giving this kind of lecture needs quite a preparation, I'm sure. I can't even think of studying them (when will I give a lecture

) But I can imagine the preparation you would have needed to do before standing and delivering, Dr. I'm not aware of the laws you mentioned like BNS, BNSS BSA, and BNS. Though, I have a couple of friends in this field. I feel they might know what you are saying here. By the way, is that you in the picture, Dr.? (OMG, what a question I'm asking
