300 dollar minimum

I learned a carpet cleaning trick from a neighbor in Montana and it worked wonders. You, of course, set up your cleaner tank with the carpet cleaning solution and then add about a 3rd of a cup of liquid Biz laundry booster and about two table spoons non chlorine bleach and clean away. I tried it and it was wonderful. Of course it was a larger tanked rental cleaner, you'd have to adapt the measurements to fit your machine. I wouldn't pay that much for cleaning the whole house let alone one room!!!! You aren't guaranteed what kind of cleaners you would end up with---whether they were any good at carpet cleaning or not.

That's really expensive. I think I would ask Stanley Steemer about their charges. Have a good day.

That is certainly a steep price. I hope you can find a solution that is more reasonable.

It does seem too much for one room. I wouldn't mind replacing my carpets with laminate. They're a deep charcoal colour and any specks show up very clearly.

We only have a centre carpet that is washed once a year.
