Finally the eye doctor office called and they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I could come in tomorrow morning. Of course I said yes.
And I am going tomorrow morning and hope they do not dialate my eyes because I have no sunglasses as they recomemnded I bring just in case.
I hope it will not be a long time for me to get glasses.

If they are like my eye doctor, they have a pair of sunglasses there for you. Mine have always a pair of those cheap ones available for every patient. Since most people have sunglasses they don’t usually have to give out many pair.
Fingers crossed they don’t do anything you don’t want them to do.

I refuse to have them dilate my pupils as I hate anything to do with my eyes. I even had an anxiety attack in the eye doctor's office.
My doctor let me sign a waiver and don't dilate my pupils. However, the doctor I went to a few weeks ago was new to me and she was the nicest lady so I let her look in my eye with a light. I almost passed out as my anxiety attack got worse then

@LovesEverybody I'm sorry I did not realize it was so long ago, of course you don't remember.

@dfollin not really sure why but there must be a reason. I had them dilated 40 years ago and I hated it.
Since that time I have never had them dilated or had air blown into them. (not sure what that is for)
I hope you have a good eye doctor's appointment

Usually they have those flat sunglasses that you stick behind your own glasses. Good luck! Have a good day.
