My Twisted Photos

Somehow, my photo ended up on a photo site and is now in a contest. It is a crooked photo I took of a QR code. Somehow the explanation under it went in a different direction than the picture. Everyone is raving about the composition of it but to me, it is just a crooked photo. I can't hold the phone without shaking a bit. I wonder if I could become a twisted photo expert. Do you ever take crooked photos? What do you think of unusual photos others took?

When we were taking photos of the endurance rides, I was always trying to get the horizon straight.

@akalinus Horse endurance rides. People ride their horses over quite long distances in a day. We used to take photos of the horses and riders.

I am only expert in making whacked photos while trying to get them right. I have trouble with the light. It is always too bright or too dark. Scanning old photos often does not work because of the conditions when the photo was taken.

@grenery8 I don't know why some people are so obsessed with taking selfies. They fall into holes and down cliffs because they aren't paying attention. Selfies are not worth putting yourself or others in danger.

@akalinus i've always liked photos like that but i also wished that others could make the same effort in the photos but, ok, selfies are there instead.

Some unusual pictures might create a special effect. They are not popular many a times, but interesting from our point of view !

My husband is always yelling at me to take the picture because it must be perfectly centered and in focus. How did your photo end up in a contest??? Have a good weekend.

I had told you about Jyoti;my younger sister;who is no more.She had taken taken some twisted photos of me .When she showed them to me;we both laughed.Now I don't know where those photos are.I never tried to find them out.
