This afternoon, we visited one the the Poultry Farm of the Company where I work to conduct employee Re-orientation, employee benefits and discussion with them regarding their work. We usually have this program in order for us to know the working conditions, suggestions and concerns of our employees for a smooth working environment. And the best part is the picture taking with them and the lunch served after the meeting.
