Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 72 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 84. I'll take it! I can turn off the AC. 
I woke up around 8 this morning. It is so nice to just wake up on my own and not to an alarm. I made myself an omelet and then decided that I didn't want it. Oh well. Breakfast for tomorrow is made I guess.
As per usual I have no big plans for the day. I need to order some groceries. I have laundry going. I am going to head over to the pool when it opens at 11. I need to soak up some rays. Hopefully some of the usuals will be there to talk to. In any case I'll have my book.
What's everyone else up to today?

It looks like the guys finished the steps and the handrails. The pounding and drilling will be done now. Today I think my husband's 2nd cousin is coming over to pull weeds. I think it will be too warm since it's going to be near 90. I guess we'll see. I will pay her and it won't have to be $450 as I was quoted!!! Have a good weekend.

It was a busy work day.
It was cloudy and tolerable except for tbe humidity.
We might get more rains in the coming days.
Enjoyed the Friday evening by watching a few shows and videos.
Also trying to catch a glimpse of the Paris Summer Olympics 2024.
Not getting the right link to watch.
