I put a doll that was my mother's on Poshmark for sale. Almost immediately, four people said they were interested, but they also said that my pictures were too blurry, and could I send them photos via email, and that their email was on their "about" page.
At first, I told all of them that I couldn't find their email on their about pages, then I found them, and sent them each photos via their emails, though they were the same photos that were on the listing, as all I have to take photos with is this crummy phone camera. To be honest, I didn't think the photos looked that bad, myself. I'll try to take new photos later, but they'll probably turn out the same...
(actually, I re read the comments, and one person said the photos didn't show up, not that they were blurry, but anyway...)

Be careful about that. Scammers can be found everywhere, and asking for anything outside of the trusted platform is typically a red flag. Don't ever do that again. Seems harmless enough, but that's how scammers get material so they can try to resell it elsewhere.

Come to think of it, I took the photos so long ago that it probably wasn't with my phone, but with my digital camera. I don't know what problem these folks are having.

The photos look clear to me! I hope you were able to make the sale.
