What are your views on Paris Olympics 2024's opening ceremony?

Did you watch the opening ceremony of Paris Olympics that happened yesterday. Though an attempt of making it unique was made by the authorities, it seems to have ruffled the netizens. There has been mixed responses. I felt it completely messed up and weird. The aesthetics of the ceremony was missed out in medley of events, as if someone was trying to prove something to somebody
Anyway, now since the game has started, looking forward for the same. I hope my country wins some medals too

i know it should be an opening ceremony but i felt it was more like a concert and not a sport event, which olympics are. also, having a ceremony in opened, i didn't like it at all. whoever is the candidate should learn from nations such as china, japan, south korea, who did a beautiful job in recent years.
