It has been awhile since I have completely watched the classic movie "Saturday Night Fever" starring John Travolta and Donna Pescow. I have always loved the movie because of the music, especially the talented brothers group the Bee Gees. The dancing scenes were great. But re watching it today I began to think the plot wasn't all that great but the acting was. However it involved too much cussing and violence. Then I watched the other classic movie " Grease" also starring the great actor John Travolta and the late great singer and actress Olivia Newton-John. The title song was written by Barry Gibb, the only living member left of the group the Bee Gees and sung by the great Frankie Valley and The Four Season's. Also acting in the movie was long time awesome actress Stockard Channing, Joan Blondell, Eve Arden, Didi Conn, the late Sid Caesar and Edd "Kookie" Burns, Alice Ghostley and the handsome Lorenzo Lamas. Terrific casting and acting! The music and dancing was great. The plot of the story was better in my opinion and easier to understand. Not so much cussing or violence too. In my opinion other then the few dancing scenes in "Saturday Night Fever" that "Grease" is the better movie of the two. What do you think?

I could not make it all the way through either of those movies. But I thought Travolta was great in Pulp Fiction. It is one of my favorite movies.

John Travolta is great! The music and dancing was great in both movies. Pulp Fiction is a very good movie too.

I like both of them. I love the Bee Gees and wish they were all still alive and performing. I would love to see a concert with them in it. Have a good day.

That's what my thing was I LOVE the Bee Gee's music. I listen to them several times a week and I see them in concert video's on Youtube. I know it's not the same but it's the best we can do. Now Barry Gibb is still doing concerts and still does some of the Bee Gee songs. He has his son Stephen with him some as well as his niece Samantha. She is Maurice's daughter. @dfollin I always check PBS's schedule as they've had 3 different Bee Gees concerts on. I recorded them all on my old DVR. I have a new DVR now and will have to find them all over again. They are SO GOOD.

Yeah I would try to remember what channels I watched them on but I am not sure if you have them where you are. I am thinking they were on Paramount+

I also like the movie Grease. In fact we also perform it in our schools during our English Festival! Stage play category!
