I ate my Shrimp Alfredo, and Tom ate made a sandwich with the Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, mayo and honey mustard...grilled it on the griddle...sure smelled good. LOL No idea what to have tomorrow night. Hoping it doesn't rain and I can get out and about. Hope everyone had a good supper tonight.

Sometimes leftover nights are the best nights. We call them smorgasbord nights since when we do it, it is usually when we have several things to eat.

It's almost time for my lunch. My lunch is ready but I would wait for a while for my daughter to join me. It's 12:50 afternoon and she should be here from her music class. Your meal sounds good. I am also waiting for some sunshine badly.

Leftovers can indeed be fantastic! There's something about the flavors melding together overnight that often makes them even better the next day.

Yum! Shrimp alfredo sounds wonderful and I would like a roast beef and swiss sandwich but hold the mayo and mustard.

I also ate a leftover dinner last evening . Soyabean nugget curry was delicious with freshly baked chapatis.

My friend cooks India food. Her husband just past away a few months ago..he was from India...and she learned to cook India food. Have never had any..she lives too far away to go try some of her food.
