My last report was on 19 July when I weighed 191.
Friday, 19 July - Weight - 191. Exercise: Walking - 179 minutes. Calories burned: 2406. Steps: 16,093.
Sunday, 28 July - Weight - 191.6. Exercise: Walking 90 Minutes. Foot Cycle: 57 minutes. Total calories burned: 2238. Calories consumed: 1985.6. Steps: 11,816.
Monday, 29 July - Weight - 192.5. Exercise: Walking - 85 minutes. Foot cycle - 46 minutes. Total calories burned: 2007. Total calories consumed: 1165.5. Steps: 11,209.
Tuesday, 30 July - Weight - 193.8. Exercise: Walking - 88 minutes. Foot cycle - 55 minutes. Total calories burned: 2196. Calories consumed: 1329.5. Steps: 12,249.
Wednesday, 31 July - Weight - 192.7.
There's a large gap between days as I brought my weight down after consuming all those birthday calories. I'm almost back where I was.

I am doing reasonably well. The bad thing is that I am losing weight in stupid places like lower arms, and calves. They wouldn't be the places I would choose to lose weight from. I mean I have lost a bit all over..but it seems to be awfully hard to lose weight around my waist, Glad you are going back down now.

You seem to be doing very well. I'm happy for you. I have noticed that I have put on some weight. I haven't been weighed in several years but last time I was 280 something.

I am somewhere between 228 and 230 which isn't a bad place to be. I've kind of platoued but that's okay. I'm happy so far.

I think you did well after your birthday calories. It's sometimes needed to enjoy some extra calories and then get back on plan.
