I found this one quote from a movie "Love Sonia" and it still resonates with me.
"Life is like a movie. So, whatever is happening with you will be over soon."
This kinda gives the drive to carry on. I feel like there's a real long journey ahead of me. I have had this burden of expectations for a long time, especially in the academics front. I try my best but I feel like things don't work out on the day od the exam. I try my best.
Have you felt the burden of expectations and trying hard for something ut not achieveing it? How did you sail through?

Ever since childhood I've been carrying this burden of expectations. I therefore resolved to be the me I am. However, circumstances required a different me in different circumstances. Sometimes, I must admit, when I compromised with my own principles, things did not turn out that well for me. So I had to be painfully patient and commit to memory that 'This too shall pass'.

@Dreamerby It's morning now where I live 8.45 am to be exact. This quote "This too shall past." really resonates with me because it's telling me that whatever hardship that I'm facing now, this too shall past. And it also applies to when you're having fun. This too shall past. This quote really will ground you.

I was just a student like you when I started here in mylot and I can easily relate to you. Yes, soon things will be over but also remember that the way things end will always depend on what you do or how you did during those challenging times. Don't give up. Just keep on fighting!

@Dreamerby Yes, We propose but God disposes. I am happy at the thought that I could at least bring up my sons well who are doing well in their career life.

Hmm that's true. Sometimes God decides a certain kind of life for us. We should truly appreciate and express gratitude. This is what I always tell myself in troubled times.
