Today there is a little breeze, which made it nice walking to the store to get my money orders to my part of the rent, some root beer and a snack.
Earlier my daughter, grandson and I went out to do some errands with the intention of hurrying back home and eating. Then we both realized we couldn't wait that long to eat. So we stopped at Chic Fil A and got something to eat and my grandson played too.
Then we went to Walmart, Bath and Body Works as well as Dollar Tree and got some things we needed plus more.
Do you ever do that? Go in the store intending to get one or two things and find you need a basket because you stop at other things you see and get them?

Only all of the time. Love it or hate it, it's marketing at work doing quite well.

@dfollin I've become the same way, but not by choice. George's stroke's forced me to have to rethink how I do things.

@dfollin That's the worst. Having to move but not being able to. We have a screwy system.

I have a very strict budget and I order online once a month so even if I wanted some additional things I have to keep to what I need. It is difficult though I work up a list and I add and subtract items until I am sure there will be enough left in my account after I order,

I have a very limited income, we got what we needed. Most of the time I order from Amazon and Walmart unless I see what is on sale. But my daughter and I both received notifications that these stores had what we needed on sale. But we saw some things we needed so we got them. Some places we go to rather than pay the order fees, so it's cheaper to go.

@RasmaSandra I have had many bad issues with them because they have me start and usually they have a meter and I am to 98% complete and says that I don't comply after they already get all my information! So I wasted about 30 minutes and got nothing for it! I do work on one site that also has me do just some small surveys and watching video's. I do not make very much.

@dfollin do you ever try survey sites? I find I do very well getting Amazon and Walmart gift cards.

It happens a lot where my relatives and myself go the market to buy a few things and then we change our minds and buy more items than expected.

@Deepizzaguy Usually it is something else I need or I know I will need soon and it's on sale.

@dfollin It is true since the temptation to buy something extra is there.

You really made a day of shopping. I have never been to Chic Fil-A. Is it good? I only shop online and have things delivered. I do forget things and am so happy the online sites give me a grace period where I can add things on.

Yes, it is fast food that is really good and always clean. This place is owned by Christians so it is not opened on Sundays.
