Long time, no talk.
I am alive. I got a few messages, making sure I was. I am. So you can call off the search party @moffittjc
Anyway, I'm not feeling great- but I figured I would go ahead and post something.
So anyway, we are currently eating dinner. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was something I had been wanting to make for a few days.
I baked some chicken in butter and seasoning then chopped it up real small and mixed it in with Alfredo sauce, then poured it over fettuccini noodles. Served it with garlic bread, and made brownies for dessert.
So that's what was for dinner here. What did you have tonight?

It's good to see your post, April. 
Dinner...it was a late one. Grilled chicken, fresh garden beefsteak tomato, and cottage cheese. Wasn't very hungry, but it tasted really good.

We have always loved cottage cheese, especially with fresh garden tomatoes. It’s a big treat for me, fresh tomatoes are just so good. I definitely eat my share of them!

Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling great. I was wondering a little bit why I hadn't heard from you in a while. Glad to hear you are still alive.
I had fried chicken for dinner. But it was made in the air fryer, so I don't know if that still counts as fried chicken. But it tasted like fried chicken, so I'll just go with that.

@thislittlepennyearns Well, that’s why I was questioning whether it should still be called fried chicken!
I had a guy stop me at Publix yesterday and asked me if peanut oil was the healthier of the various kinds of oil. I laughed and said it was the most unhealthiest of the options, but it’s the best oil to use for deep frying. He said good, I’m getting it to make fried chicken and French fries.

Well, it seems you are having a great dinner. Looks delicious as well. I love Chicken Alfredo as well. I had pizza with garlic bread again for second consecutive night. I loved the offers from the nearby restaurant and decided to utlise them. After a very hectic day decided not to cook rather order from nearby restaurants . And it became very late when I ordered as well. Did not have any desserts though. Well, it was a good dinner for me .Hope you would mylot a little more frequently. Stay in touch in mylot!
