Chamomile tea

I was having difficulty falling asleep quickly right after getting home from work around midnight... my wife suggested drinking chamomile tea, and I take it and recommend it to anyone who can. The incredible power that chamomile tea has is truly surprising. Do you like to drink tea? What is your favorite tea?

I used to have a prejudice against tea, lol, but now I’m a tea fan. I drink tea with sugar sometimes.
