It was an experimental vehicle. It had documented issues. I'm sorry but I am not shocked that the thing imploded and the passengers were killed. If you want to see the Titanic then maybe watch some documentaries. The French "Mr Titanic" Paul-Henri Nargeolet did like 37 dives to the wreck site. Not really sure why he would feel the need to go again and on an experimential submersible. The lawsuit states that that submersible dropped its weights after just 90 minutes. It was going to take hours to settle down there. That was the indication that they knew something was wrong. Then there were hours more in the darkness without power. They probably heard the cracking of the hull due to the increased pressure. The lawsuit states that they knew that they were about to die and were suffering terror and mental anguish. I don't disagree. OceanGate certainly should be held to account for launching that experimental and inferior submersible. That being said. . . who in their right mind would agree to get into it?

I would have such claustrophobia. I would never risk my life like that. Have a good weekend.
