I participated in the selection process for a multinational company, and there were some situations that I will share with you. At one point, the company employee asked everyone to introduce themselves and gave each person 2 minutes to do so. One woman said she preferred to remain seated, and at that moment, the recruiters looked at each other in surprise at her boldness. Personally, I found this completely unnecessary on her part, as everyone else was doing as requested. What is your opinion on this?

it depends on the candidate. At the end of the day the quality of the presentation matters

Keep yourself calm so that you can answer interview questions because nervousness can affect the speech and thinking.
