Some time ago my lap felt some unfortable for unknown reason. It is OK when I walked or slept or stood but not sat down. Perhaps I sit too much everyday and don't have enough exercises, I guess. I didn't go to see a doctor as I thought it was a little problem. I just didn't like to spend long time in the hospital to have many checks. Then my colleague suggested me to do some stretching exercises. I searched the videos online and learned from them. Then occasionally I saw a coach used a massage ball and I got some interests. I bought a good quality massage ball online and I found some videos about how to use it. I must say that my problem just cured few days later If you have the similar problem, perhaps you can also try it. It's quite helpful.

They do say sitting for too long is not good for us. I have used balls (just regular tennis balls) for feet exercises - it does help! I do stretching and my version of yoga - and have recently added tai chi / qigong to my daily routine . . . it's all good!!

Yes, I heard that the regular tennis balls also work but since a good quality massage ball is not expensive, so I think probably it will work better

@youless Your massage balls are much smoother - and probably easier to clean too!

It is worth a try if it means fewer doctor appointments. I'm glad it worked for you. Are these massage balls expensive? I have aches and hurts everywhere.

These massage balls are not expensive, especially compare to going to see a doctor

I'm glad the massage balls helped. A much better cure than having a lot of tests which would probably find nothing.
