Feeling tentative. The Senior tech/repair guy just left a few minutes ago, gave me a different modem, and I am now testing things. His first language still wasn't English, but his accent wasn't as thick as the last guy. He gave me a whole new modem, which looked different from the one the first guy gave me, and instead of being on the desk it's behind the T.V. This guy seemed to know a lot more about what he was doing, and definitely more professional. He even left me a number to call should something go wrong (which I am hoping, hoping hoping it doesn't, but this guy definitely made me feel more confident. Now, I am going to take a peek at my email and do some other things online that I haven't been able to do in the last few days. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later, from my computer!
