The day is so warm that I made tabule.

Tabule is a complete vegetarian meal that you can easily make in minutes. The base is couscous (bourgol) and the rest are diced veggies. I added avocado, tomato, cucumber and cilatro leaves. The rest were spices. Mostly it was just salt, olive oil, lemon juice and a bit of pepper. I would have added mint leaves if I had them but I don´t. It is cold and perfect when you don´t want to spend too much time in the kitchen. While I was doing it, Juanita was washing my favorite sweater in delicate. Now it is hanging in the dining room. That is a better place to dry it while I livi alone. And if anyone announces visit, I can just put it either in the garage or in my bedroom. I hope winter goes away. This is exactly the warmth I love. Not everyone is happy where I live though. There are still people with no energy here and they have this problem over a week. I´ll mylot a bit now and then I will watch TV. Luna has been fed and petted. The world is a happy place.
