In the discussion about gambling, it's important to emphasize that only those who are financially well-off should engage in this activity. Gambling should ideally be a way to fill leisure time, not an attempt to improve one's financial situation or earn extra income. Involvement in gambling with financial intentions can increase the risk of financial problems, especially for those who are not financially stable. So, how important is this limitation in preventing negative impacts of gambling, and do you agree that only those who are financially secure should participate in this activity?

I agree that you should never gamble more than you can afford to lose. I gambled in a small arcade while on holiday. I chose a very small amount, won it back and played some more games. I played for the entertainment and to pass the time while waiting for a bus. If I hadn't have used the money on the machines, I might have spent it on a chocolate bar or some other unnecessary thing!
I have heard of people gambling away their life savings, losing their home because of it. That is ridiculous to me.
