There is a phrase, "an embarrassment of riches", that you occasionally hear. If you don't know what it means (and I thought I knew, but I looked it up to be sure), the dictionary definition from Oxford Languages for an embarrassment of riches is: "more options or resources than one knows what to do with." The example given for this phrase is "picking a highlight from such an embarrassment of riches is hard".
The reason I thought of this phrase today is that it is $myLot$ payday. Was I paid so much that I have an embarrassment of riches?
Well, no...the last time I had enough MyLot earnings to actually reach payout was in January 2022.
Now THAT'S embarrassing!

I had never heard that phrase before. I'd like to win the lottery and have an embarrassment of riches! lol Have a good day. I manage to get paid every month; but I spend a great deal of time here every day.

It would be nice to have enough money to be comfortable and to help others.

@AliCanary Remember that billion dollar lottery? You could donate a ton to St. Jude's Hospital and many other charities. I would also send a bunch to our local animal shelter and Humane Society.

And yet I'd love to be embarrassed by riches.
