Our Dreams Are Not That Joking

Always, we are not joking with what we dream. No matter how high the dream is and how big the impossibility is. In the past we hoped to be able to do everything alone, As if we were born for that, A human being with great ideals. We feel God is smiling when he brings us into the world. And maybe that's true, "a human child" has been born with various hopes resting on his shoulders. But then at some point, Suddenly we start to close off those dreams, with the answers of people who question. We become full of shame. "Are you that great at dreaming?", they ask. And at that time we feel sorry for sharing our hopes. Then their doubts about you begin to shake our hearts. We are hurt. And refuse to believe again that we are brave. But will we dare to dream again in time? I hope so. And in the end the string of old dreams will make us remember, and come back. That dream will eventually make us realize that other people's negative words are just candlelight that dazzles the eyes, but will slowly burn themselves. And in the end we will not be disappointed, if we lose on the way to achieve it. Because we believe that God will always be there to hear our prayers.

Yes, I can relate to this. My dream is to get married and go and live in Cardiff in a nice house with plenty of bedrooms. But when I tell people my hopes and dreams they pour scorn on it. My brother once asked me what I was going to do when my parents die. I said, well, I hope to be married by then. And he said, well it hasn't happened yet, I don't think it's likely to, do you? And then when I told my Mum I want to go and live in Cardiff she said, Well, that's not going to happen, is it? I said, Why not? Why shouldn't it? And she said it's just not! And I agree that God is always there to hear our prayers. And one day, in his timing, he will make my dreams come true.
