Often my diet is based on this: What is left over in the fridge? What will go to waste tonight if it isn't put into supper?
Tonight its a bit of leftover prune plum pie. Wonder why dessert floats to the top of my brain cells before the other left over?? Tofu. There also is a little rice and vegie stirfry. I plan to heat some cous cous with that. And dump tofu chunks in. There might be a little orange sauce left. Teriyaki bottled stuff, too. And whatever vegies lurk in the freezer.
Just a bit ago I walked with the dogs and hubby around the block and then a bit more. I continue to test my strength. Thinking about the physical therapist's question: "Do you feel stronger now?"
Talk about strength. Moxe was quite the lady as she walked. It was obvious that she really and I mean really wanted to be freed of her collar and leash. She needed to zoom down the street at top speed. She kept her cool and walked like a Queen Bee. Rufus managed to walk behind us. We're all still learning to walk as a team. (How do guys control a team of Monster sized horses, anyway?)

Horses actually work more as a group following the leader than dogs do. So if you turn one the others will turn too. While dogs often want to go different directions like they would for wanting to surround prey

@sallypup That is it. It's just the different instincts in the 2 animals. So training is similar in that you have to be the leader. But the reactions at first are different.

@wolfgirl569 Moxe's Heeler may be telling her Husky what to do. If so, I am grateful. Yes being a firm but kind leader.

Interesting comment @wolfgirl569. So far my dogs tend to want to stick together but this might be because both have been taught to pay attention to me and my body language.

I have no idea. I'm glad you were able to take a walk, though.

@kaylachan It must have been exciting in the days when it was common to train draft horses to pull wagons and logs and such.

@snowy22315 I think they are. I felt guilty cause the pups are not getting consistent walks.

If I am alone I prefer to cook for 2 meals at one time thinking it save my day... and it seems it works.
And I love to eat left over dinner meal in the morning...

@psanasangma That's a good idea. I often stir an egg into leftover rice and eat that for my first meal of the day.
