My loooong weekend begins...

Yay!! It's 10:20 AM here. It's bright Wednesday morning with sun smiling in the sky.. Though the rain has not stopped visiting us, I am very happy with the fact that rain and sun have come to good adjustment. . We had literally no sun in the month of July and the continuous gloomy and rainy days for a month were getting on to my nerves. August has been great so far, it is sunny and bright in the day time and it rains well for few hours in the evening or late night. It's gorgeous weather here. Yay!! My weekend begins. . It's a looong weekend. I am done with the two sessions here and the work is over at school. My art therapy session with middle school is cancelled as they have sports day today. It's a national holiday tomorrow on account of our independence day and Friday is another day off for Vara Mahalakshmi celebration here in the state of Karnataka. So, I am in a long weekend mode already . The sports day starts at 11:30 and goes till 4 in the afternoon. I will stay till 12:30. One of the Dyslexic child from middle school who comes for session, is leading the March past. He wants me to be there and watch him perform. My other student, an autistic boy, is singing the song for opening ceremony. We have prepared it together and he wants me to be on stage with him . Their performances would be done by 12: 30 and then I can leave for home, only to come back here on coming Monday I hope that all is well in your myLot corner.
