8/14/24 - Update On My Husband

I thought my husband was going to miss calling me two days in a row; but he called at 1:45 AM this morning.
He is now out of quarantine and in his own room. Yesterday was his first real day of physical therapy; and, as expected, he had a bit of trouble doing as much as he normally does.
He had $35 in his room for a shampoo, haircut and beard trim; but he can't find it. We will look for it when we see him on Friday. I hope someone didn't take it.
I spoke with the doctor's office yesterday and asked about when my husband would be out of quarantine and if he could get some cough medicine with an expectorant. Well, now he's out of quarantine. He was in for 12 days which was much too long.
Still no email from Walmart about the grab bar. I will call them again today.

By the time he can get the cough syrup he will no longer need it. It is frustrating when businesses do not return your call.

That's good he called, and is out of that. Sorry that he had trouble, hopefully he'll be back to where he was soon...I know might take a little while.... and hopefully nobody took that money and it was just misplaced.

Being out of quarantine is good news and hope that your husband can get an expectorant for his cough. Is it possible for you to bring him some when you visit?

It's normal he is not doing as well during the first day of physical therapy. Hope he is making progress day by day.
