My NKOTB Day Is Coming Up Fast!

I haven't been on here in a while, so for those who aren't as familiar with me, my all-time favorite group is New Kids On The Block (NKOTB). Yes, they've been back together since 2008 and are still going strong. And yes, they move just fine for their age. If I had a nickel for every time I've been asked or teased, I'd be ready for the next tour lol. But I know with some people, it's all in good fun (if I had an issue, I'd say something lol). :) Anyway, I've been waiting for this week since I bought their VIP back in November, and it's finally happening on Friday. I'm meeting my all-time favorite group since 1989. I mean, I guess you could say I've been waiting for this moment for 35 years lol. My sister is dropping me off at the venue, where I'll meet up with my photo group and we'll all check in for VIP. Eventually, we'll meet the guys... I can't really get into the process of waiting and whatnot because this is my first time. Before and after my group meets the guys, I'd like to take pictures and videos of meet and greet to send to my friends and fellow fans in other photo groups, just so they have a little extra keepsake. :) At some point, I plan to meet up with several friends, hit up the merchandise stand, get some food, and hand out glow sticks. For the show itself, I'll be in the fifth row, and I'll also be seeing DJ Jazzy Jeff (some of you may know him as "Jazz" on the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, others know him as a DJ) and Paula Abdul (third time seeing her, another one I grew up listening to). I've opted to keep my outfit casual and comfortable. I'll have my "Block Party" t-shirt and hat, denim shoes, and comfy sneakers. I'm going to be nervous enough, plus it's going to be hot with a lot of standing, so my outfit isn't something I plan to stress over. Needless to say, I cannot believe it's finally happening, and I'm so excited! A lifelong dream come true. I hope everyone can live out their dreams! Welp, I'm going to do a few more things online, wrap up, and head home. I'm officially on break until Monday.
