Carbonated Mineral Filtered Boiled Water

Or sparkling (fizzy) water. Non-sugared carbonated H2O. ZERO sugar, unflouridated sparking water. I use our SodaStream machine at home. I've learned that CO2 water benefits our billions of cells in our body. Trees and plants love CO2 and they give out oxygen in the environment. I guess, logic explains it that billions of cells in our bodies do the same to protect us. CO2 is essential in the homeostasis of oxygen absorption in the circular and vascular system. The mitochondria in the cell's process that build tissues anew (e.g repair a cut in the skin), strong increasing blood flow. 20+ years Dr, *. **** of 12.9 M followers explains the science behind it simply. * Nonetheless, a very well healthy lifestyle is still subject to individual better choice and decision.

What are you even talking about? Yes autotrophs take in CO2 and release oxygen. Our cells do the exact opposite. We are heterotrophs and do not take in CO2 to produce sugar. "oxygenating the mitochondria in the cell's growing process"?!?!?!?! What the hell is that even supposed to mean because that isn't a thing. You clearly don't know why the mitochondria requires oxygen and it has NOTHING to do with cell division or cell growth.

Thanks for explaining scientifically. I couldn't have said it better. But fact is CO2 is essential in oxygen absorption into our bodies.

@everwonderwhy are you high? No cells don’t require CO2 to take in O2. Holy hell. And Project 2025 wants to eliminate the Department of Efucation.

@everwonderwhy of course you couldn’t have said it better. I actually KNOW science and I don’t randomly post far-right BS and pretend I do

That is true that in my case I have to avoid eating sugary foods and overeating. Drinking water is useful for me.

well, we all know water is absolutely necessary for our body but still don't know the specifics. so it's our cells that use them huh?

@evans I drink more and sparkling water satisfying than plain cold water. I use SodaStream machine to carbonate filtered mineral unflouridated water at home. "Although there is no official recommendation on how much water you should drink every day, stayinghydrated can help your body maintain a normal temperature, lubricate your joints, and get rid of wastes through urination, sweat, and bowel movements." ~ verywellhealth dom com.

@evans777 it depends on your preference. I prefer SodaStream home-carbonated mineral/ rain/distilled filtered boiled cooled water.
