I think they are very cute. These are some of the quietest babies I have ever had. I have only heard them a couple of times. But when I check them they look content. They didn't waste any time finding the food and water.
I came to a stand still on the coop. The door doesn't want to shut the way I want it to. I have decided to stay away from it at least until tomorrow evening. But I am thinking it would work better if I make it a double door. If I am not happy about that after trying it I can go back to one. But a double door was my original thought. And we all know your first instinct is usually the correct one.
The roast was perfect. It was a very easy dinner to fix. I got most of the dishes washed up too.

@wolfgirl569 I saw some lovely hen cages at the local hardware. They had a small run with a little house at one end. It would just fit on my little piece of lawn.

making coops & cages & pens for animals are not easy when your doing it off the
top of your head, I remember when I made my 1st rabbit hutch out of scrap wood
& knew nothing about how to make 1 & no way to show me how other than just
what I had in my head & I was surprised it turned out better than I thought it would.
So never knock how it came out cause it could be the best thing you've ever
done to work out the way it should & last you a good while.

My Dad used to raise tiny chicks like that when I was really small.
I remember the peep peep sounds that they used to make.

Will you name all these cute chicks? It should be easy for you to just count them with the Indian song One little, two little, three little chicks etc etc etc
