Hello dear friends. Hope that all is well with you in your corner of the world. I intended on getting on here earlier this week. but you know, life got in the way. Monday, I mowed at the church. It was a cloudy and cooler day, so it made that job so much nicer. I intended on mowing at home when I got home but by the time I was done at the church, I was tired. I don't have the stamina I once did. Age has a way of taking that away from us. Tuesday, I cooked Mike's Moms favorite meal, a seafood feast. I made clam chowder, crab cakes, baked flounder and some shrimp. We celebrated her birthday which was yesterday. She had plans for yesterday which is why we went on Tuesday. She is 92. She is doing amazing for being 92. We are thankful. Yesterday was our routine Wednesday. I get groceries early in the morning, run other errands if we have any. Did a little housework and went to midweek bible study at church last night. For some reason neither Mike or I slept well last night. Not hurting, nothing troubling our minds, just couldn't get to sleep or stay asleep. Which made for us both feeling foggy headed most of the morning and afternoon today. We took a nap, longer than we normally would and felt refreshed and not foggy headed. Thankful for that. I told Mike I need to write down all the sites I go to each day and break up time slots so I can be on each of them more routinely. I do miss not being here with you all most every day.
