I fixed what I call Mexican Lasagna..On the box it says Old El Paso Soft Bake. I have a blue corning ware bowl that the tortillas fit perfectly in. I lay the smallest one of the 4 on the bottom...put shredded Fiesta Cheese on thick. Put another tortilla then spoon and spread the taco meat (cooked with onions), some taco sauce..top it with the Fiesta Cheese, add the last tortill, and spoon the rest of the meat on top, and taco sauce then add again the Fiesta Cheese on top. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. I use a large metal spoon, cut down to the bottom and serve it up...then Add my jalapenas and some sour cream. OOPS forgot the chopped tomatos and lettuce.

I've had very little exposure to Mexican food. Have a good day.

@LindaOHio I guess maybe has always thought it would be spicy or something? I don't eat spicy and there are many menu items that aren't. Just love it.
