Finally, my fiancé is back home after being readmitted to the hospital. He doesn’t message me often because he’s focusing on resting, which is perfectly fine as long as it helps him recover quickly. Sometimes his body temperature goes up, but the doctor said this is normal after surgery. I was surprised when he called me earlier just to check on me. I advised him not to call too frequently, as talking might be tiring for him. Right now, he’s taking medication to help strengthen his lungs. He mentioned that we might be able to do a video call tomorrow, but I asked if he feels up to it. I’m eager to see him, but I don’t want him to overexert himself by staring at a screen if it’s not beneficial for his recovery.
