Bacon and eggs as my last meal? What would you have for your last meal?

If it were officially my last meal, I'd probably have steak (rare) and twice baked potatoes with a salad on the side. Blue cheese dressing. But I am hoping this will not be my last meal. I am merely heading out for my first ever cortisone shot. It will be in my left knee. I found a slice of bacon in the fridge and am cooking it up now. I'll have an egg, sunny side up, with it. Did you have something good for breakfast? What would you have if it was your last meal before being done away with?

I had scrambled eggs with turmeric, however, sadly I think the spice was too old, couldn't taste it in the dish. Darn it, and I have a lot of it left. Last meal, I think it would very with how I was feeling or craving up to my execution, but I think I would go with homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy green beans and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream on top.

@TheHorse Yeah, but I may have to re think. I bet they get plenty of crappy meatloaf in jail. Might have to switch to veggie lasagna.

Heck if I know. I just agree with what Arthur said in the movie: I don’t want my last meal to be jello.

I am not sure what my last meal would be, may be a tartar steak, or lasagne, but I should test them first because I am picky about lasagne. I hope everything will go smooth with your cortisone shot.

No breakfast here. I would have lobster and Alaskan King Crab Legs as my final meal probably with a twice-baked potato with lots of cheddar and horseradish.

I just had a protein bar for breakfast yesterday. It's 4:45 am; and I'm hungry. Thinking about a PB&J sandwich. I would have trouble picking a final meal. So many good choices. Maybe clam strips, bay scallops, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts done like Longhorn or Red Lobster does them...with lots of cocktail sauce. Have a good weekend.

My mind went blank for a bit. I love to eat, but I can't think of anything for my last meal. I guess I'm not ready to have my last meal served just yet

I had peanut butter for breakfast. I didn't have an appetite in the morning. I think my last meal would be something sweet.

My breakfast was a hashbrown from Mcdonalds. It's my friday treat with chris's grandmother and she looks forward to it. Cortisone shots aren't bad but it works in some while it doesn't work in others. It's like a 50/50 shot. I don't think I could choose a last meal. I think I would end up with like a buffet of foods lol. I'm very indecisive when it comes to food.

I hope all went well. If the passing is a slow process, our body refuses food. I enjoy all types of food in moderation though. Maybe, I don't want to be found napping!
