Choosing a tenant isn't easy

My mom was very busy these days. She chose a tenant, but after seeing his pictures on Facebook she changed her mind, And she chose other people. He had a gun tattoo and other pictures. We don't know if she chose the right people or not. We gave the key to our studio apartment to strangers. She chose a couple. They are both very young. But this isn't a problem, my mom wanted young people. I had the opportunity to move there, but my mom said that she wouldn't help me with anything. My brother said that I should move out and live by myself. I asked how can I live without money. And he said that my mom would offer her support. But she doesn't offer me the support I need. I hope she made the right choice with the tenants.

It's a risk for sure and facebook isn't the best place to look.

I think your brother is right. Your parents are driving you nuts, and probably the other way around as well. I am sure they would let you live there rent free for a short period of time.

Best of luck to your mom with the tenants. Is there any way you could maybe get to rent a small room perhaps then your mom might help you with the rent. Is there any way you could get a job?
