Exercise is essential for good health regime. The minimum exercise recommendation is 5 hours per week , although this could differ case to case. Many find outdoor exercise to be motivating due to nature and fresh air. The outdoors can bring in a sense of freedom and variety. Social aspects can also come into play such as group walking, group running etc. For Some, they are motivated to exercise indoors so that they have better control over the distractions and environment. Some prefer indoor workouts as they can bring in a more structured workout routine. The convenience also helps and can be a motivator considering the travel and weather conditions. So what’s your preference for exercising: Indoors or outdoors?

Both. I walk outside, weather permitting, and swim inside.

I could do both, but I really do indoor exercising because I don't have to worry about the weather.
