Is anyone bugging you?

I bought a card on Amazon, and it was beautiful. I made up my mind to leave a review. Before I got to it, the company who made it emailed me and asked me to leave a review. I responded that I would do so because I loved the card. The next day, I wrote the review. Two days later, the company emails me again, asking me to write the review I said I would. I told them I had written it, but Amazon must not have approved it yet. Literally, 30 minutes later my email dinged to show me the review posted. They only had to wait a few hours and they wouldn’t have had to annoy me about it.
While I appreciated their work, I don’t appreciate them bugging me about a review when it certainly isn’t something I had to do. Do companies ever do that to you?
Who is bugging you? Hopefully, it is a minor annoyance like mine.

I wouldn't like that I wish that was the only thing bugging me. Unfortunately my homeowners insurance has gone way up and I got a quote from another insurer that was about 1000 dollars less!. Obviously I will go with them. Plus PP did not send out my new debit card and I had to reapply for it.I changed insurance companies a few years ago and it was a big hassle There are other things..but those are the biggest ones.

My dad was just telling me his homeowners insurance went up too. You found one for $1,000 less? That’s great! I mean it’s pathetic that they are choking you so much you have to change it, but thank goodness someone is cheaper. Still, these people are greedy, aren’t they?!

My health insurance company, they kept sending me home tests for urine and blood samples. Twice? Nope! Then, they're sending me surveys to fill out, over and over again! This is not OK

I let review requests go
It seems like every retailer, online or bricks and mortar, wants a review.
What happened to our privacy that we used to enjoy?
The thought of that bugs me more than the actual request as it is obligatory that they ask for the review, and for no other reason.

I have been known to ignore those. I had one that asked the same day it was delivered.

I have a friend whom I love dearly but she can be overbearing at times. If I don't answer the phone when she calls she immediately thinks something has happened to me and her message always starts out with "where are you? You didn't answer the phone and now I'm worried that something has happened". Gosh, maybe I was in the bathroom

Yeah I have been wanting to get a new mattress and box spring and I don't have the money yet. I thought I was going to have it last week, but I don't have it yet.

I get bugged in a different way. I was searching on internet for a good pillows and had called a few stores. One of the stores would make a point to call every week , although I had clearly told I was not interested . Finally , after 6 weeks told them not to call again. Similarly , I receive get calls for personal loans from a lot of companies and most of these are spam and robotic calls. I have stopped attending calls which are unknown to me and it definitely annoys me when i am in work or just relaxing. Some of these calls also come in weekends and that becomes clear annoyance. My bugging experiences are definitely different from the one you have mentioned.
