Not even one year ago, this trailer was (supposedly)fully remodeled. Well, we keep having things fixed, because the company they hired did such a poor job. Things keep breaking, the electrical wiring was the first and most important job. We could have had a fire! There were shorts in two rooms and the kitchen light, was permanently on day and night. We couldn't turn it off! Then, the furnace kicked on during the heat of the summer! Jay tried and it wouldn't turn off. Our manager came over and made us an appointment with Consumer's Energy. The company had left all the old copper connections, beneath the trailer and they were leaking natural gas, we could have died:( They sent a man to fix this, in July Now, the molding in the bathroom fell off. It was held in place by one staple! Jay couldn't believe, they were too cheap to add even two more staples:( Now, the owners hired the same company to remodel two more trailers, because they are the least expensive:( Anyway, today the molding got fixed, thanks be to my husband Photo: Pixabay, borrowed.

That is good of Jay to fix things as they break. They will surely miss you when you move. It won't be long and everything that you have is new and beautiful.

Andrew (manager) is maxed out! Everything breaks, he is responsible to fix it(out of his own pocket).

I'm sorry you've had so much trouble in the trailer. I'm glad you weren't injured because of the shoddy workmanship.

@kobesbuddy , I'm glad you have a roof over your head, hoping it isn't leaking of course.

Good grief! At least you know why they keep hiring such a useless company. Thank goodness you are winning the repairs side, but it shouldn't be your problem

It's pretty bad that repairs and renovations were left in quite a dangerous condition.

You are lucky. Some people never fix their broken things.
