I couldn't confirm my appointment

I got a text from my healtcare asking me to confirm my appointment on the 23rd. I was supposed to text back or risk having my appointment canceled. They've sent these before, so it was nothing new. But, this time when I sent my confirmation, I got the message you see above. That text number doesn't accept messages!! Then why tell me to do that??
I confirmed over the phone, so all is well, but it wasn't as smooth as it usually is and I was on hold for a while before I could confirm. I suspect I wasn't the only one unable to confirm by text. They'll need to fix that.
If you're curious, I'm having an MRI done to see if there is a physical reason for the asymmetric hearing my testing showed. Assuming there isn't, I'll then be able to get hearing aids.

That sometimes happens. Although I don't typically get errors. Just a "thank you"

@jerzgirl I've had that happened before. Usually if a system gets overloaded.
