My plate well known at our office that describe how much we must calories intake to our body each day from breakfast, snack time, lunch time till dinner time.
Actually this image is content a rice ..rich of carbohydrates, chicken rich of proteins, veggies rich of dietary viber, vitamin and mineral also spices one.
Its recommend from National Food Agency (NFA).
Hope we always healthy and productive if usually balancing of digestive and energy burning on the body.

I'm not tracking calories. Instead, I focus on fasting and cutting down on sugary foods. I just can’t give up rice, though .
From the picture, I can tell that the rice portion won’t be enough for me .

Wow..good for you. Only several days..i have counted calories digestive. Some times i adding the rice twice of big spoon... lol
