Did Donald Trump really have this many failed businesses?

I stumbled on this while researching Trump's response to the DNC. I have NOT vetted it. I have no idea whether Trump really tried to sell steaks or vodka. Or cologne. I have read that he had a sham University and a sham "Charity," but I have not thoroughly investigated those allegations either. Disclaimer: This is for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only. It's only 2 1/2 minutes long and is an alleged summary of Trump's failed businesses. It's mildly amusing. And a bit shocking, even to me, if most of what's in there is true.

Off the top of my head: --Trump Marina --Trump Taj Mahal --Trump Plaza --Trump Mortgage --Trump Airlines --Trump Steaks --Trump Ice --Trump Vodka --Trump Magazine --Trump the Game --Trump University --Go Trump Gotta give props to someone who LOSES money while running casinos. That takes a special talent. (or great money laundering skills) I remember seeing his yacht at Trump Marina like 30+ years ago when I was a kid. My family was staying at Harrah's which is right across the way. My parents brought us out to see it as if was some big deal. He lost it not even a year or 2 later. I've always known what a loser and grifter Trump is. It is the rubes in the midwest and south who think he is some business genius and good person. There is a reason he relocated to Florida. NY and NJ hate him.

All of these things were "real"? As in businesses he tried to start?

Hey, don't pick on people from the Midwest. I was born in Illinois. I have farming and ranching in my genes. And my jeans.

@TheHorse I believe that at least one of his casinos went bankrupt. ------All three of them went bankrupt and his building in Las Vegas coesn't have a casino or it would be #4.

I know that he's tried a lot of things. I thought I remembered Trump Water. That's not on @NJChicaa list. Have a good weekend.

I remember very well the Atlantic city debacle. The fabulous taj mahal. Too much spent , 1 billion. Got off to a good start with Michael Jackson as a VIP at grand opening. Things got a little off base and budget. Have some ideas on how it could have been saved. But he said it turned out well for him and he made quite a bit of money off of this casino.

How did he make money off of a debacle?

@TheHorse He sold his own brand of water at the hotel and made millions. And apparently bought from himself. The whole thing was financed by junk bonds

The funny thing is that he couldn't even make the casino business work. He has tried selling all manner of things. He thinks he's a businessman.

At some level he MUST know he is a failure. But I can't know for sure. I have never been a malignant narcissist.

@celticeagle Some "Liberal" types get mad at me for feeling sorry for him. But I do. He just needs to be far away from politics.

@TheHorse He is something else. But I heard that his (DJT) stock had a rally yesterday. I'll have to see if it continued today. ------------It didn't continue. It was back down by the end of the day.

@xander6464 Last I checked it was trading at something like $22.80. Would he stoop so low as to sell half of his shares, make a few hundred million dollars, and tank the stock?

The video is perfectly accurate. Trump doesn't have the skills needed to run a lemonade stand.

@TheHorse But I see that "schadenfreude" is trending. I take pleasure in his stock tanking. I will not be truly satisfied until it is under a dollar. I am not as righteous as I claim to be. ----------It just hit another new low. And they issued five million new shares. Trump is a great businessman.
