Addicted to tea.

I think i am addicted to tea. Every morning i have a cup of tea and in evening time too. I know it is not a healthy option but if i don't drink tea i have headaches does anyone experience the same? What is your addiction that you want to overcome?

What kind of tea do you drink? I drink herbal teas and they are healthy. I am addicted to sugar.
