Noah Manns was one on his way to work in Verdunville West Virginia last Friday when he saw a large kangaroo in the middle of Mud Fork Road that blocked traffic for a while.
Noah did not call the police to report the kangaroo since he decided to contact a friend who was able to have a chat with the owners of the kangaroo who has had the kangaroo since the animal was a baby.
The good news is that the owner of the kangaroo did reunite with his pet which is legal to have in West Virginia as a pet.
It is odd for a pet owner to have a kangaroo as a pet since I can understand a pet owner having a goat, cat or dog as a companion but not a kangaroo.

I'm glad the kangaroo is alright. These animals are getting themselves into trouble.

Was it hopping and singing a John Denver song? My Lord kangaroos in Virginia, I cannot see having a kangaroo as a pet,

I have had dogs and cats as pets in the past but a kangaroo is off of my list of pets to have.

That is true since I understand that kangaroos are tough animals to deal with in the first place with their fighting skils.

You are right since Noah did not want the pet to be harmed.

A kangaroo on a road is a recipe for a disaster, as if it is hit, the car will be likely a write-off, from the damage caused.
The owner should more properly pen his critter.

You are right since kangaroos can be hit by an auto by accident.
